Your tour includes pickup directly from your accommodation in Luxor at a time that suits you. As this is a private tour, the pickup time is flexible, although we generally recommend an early morning departure to avoid the heat and enjoy a more comfortable visit. Travel in a new, comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle, crossing the Nile if necessary.

At the Valley of the Kings, explore the royal burial place of the pharaohs of the New Kingdom, including the famous tomb of Tutankhamun. Walk through beautifully decorated tombs filled with colorful wall paintings and hieroglyphics while your licensed Egyptologist explains the fascinating history, beliefs, and burial traditions of ancient Egypt.

Marvel at the impressive Temple of Hatshepsut, one of Egypt's finest architectural masterpieces. Built against the dramatic limestone cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, the temple honors one of Egypt's most successful female pharaohs and is considered one of the most beautiful temples in the country.

Visit the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous stone statues that have stood on Luxor's West Bank for more than 3,000 years. These iconic monuments are all that remain of the mortuary temple of Pharaoh Amenhotep III and are among the most photographed landmarks in Luxor.

The tour can also include an optional visit to a local alabaster workshop, where you can watch skilled craftsmen demonstrate traditional alabaster carving techniques that have been passed down through generations. The visit is optional, and there is no obligation to purchase anything.
